Our Story

A pause on the highway — and a plate that earned its regulars.

Milan Restaurant has been feeding travellers on the Delhi–Agra Highway for years. Truckers, wedding parties, and families all know where to pull off.

The House of Milan

Started on the roadside. Still cooking like it.

Milan grew up alongside NH-19, back when it was the main artery between Delhi and Agra. Truck drivers stopped for chai. Families found the parking easy. Somewhere along the way the small dhaba became the big dhaba — but the kitchen never changed hands.

Today the hall seats around two hundred, and a side room keeps birthdays, kitty parties and wedding lunches away from the everyday crowd. But it's still the same food: dal makhani cooked overnight, tandoori breads pulled fresh, kulfi set the slow way.

Every dish is prepared to order. Every guest is served on brass. That's the standard.
